I’m Rob, a Senior UX and Product Designer with more than 15 years of experience. I’ve worked on products in insurance, transportation, travel, mortgage lending, and healthcare.

I’ve worked inside large organizations with legacy systems, multiple stakeholders, and thousands of users. I’ve also built products from the ground up. Both have taught me to ask good questions, get clear on the problem, and stay close to the people using what we build.

I’m also a USSF A Licensed soccer coach. Coaching has taught me a lot about listening, communicating clearly, and helping people improve. Whether I’m working with players or a product team, I want the system around them to help them make better decisions.
